1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse.

  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and registered details.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

2. How to Request Cancellation

3. Cancellation by Company

Linkin Healthcare reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment issues or incomplete transactions

  • Suspicious or fraudulent orders

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Refund After Cancellation

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be cancelled if:

  • The order has already been shipped

  • The product is personal care, healthcare, or hygiene-related and marked as non-cancellable
